Capt Victor A Hartley III
Capt. Vic has been fishing and boating all his life. Purchasing his first boat the Rainbow in 1996 in Wildwood, then moved to Ocean City in 1999 with a new boat the Rainbow II and then purchased a new boat the Rainbow IiI in 2000.
In 2012 we had the opportunity to purchase the Capt Robbins in Sea Isle City, a boat I worked on as a child. In 2014 we moved back to OC with another boat the Miss Ocean City.
In 2018 we acquired another slip in Keyport for a second location and then purchased the 70 ft Lydia which we named the Keyport Princess.

Capt Victor also hopes to pass the vessels on to his sons Ethan and Dylan who currently go out with him on the boats to assist and learn the industry. The boys have the same love for the water as there father does.
Capt Ethan Hartley
Ethan has been sailing on the boats with his father Capt Victor since he was two weeks old. He has helped his father as mate on the boats since age six. He has help moved boats with his father from Maine to the west coast of Florida. He has love steering and running the boat since he could hold the wheel Fishing New Jersey and New York for all specifies in season from fluke, sea bass, black fish to Stripers. He fishies all over on many of our friends head boats to bring knowledge back to our boat to make our customers experience better. He currently getting his Captain license to run our boats this summer 2021. He will be the new Captain on the Keyport Princess. He made a decision to join the family business. As a senior in high school he will join us this summer 2021 full time.
Capt Dylan Hartley
Dylan like his older brother has been on the boats as young boy. Fishing and cruising with his father. Like his father the love for the business and customers. Making the customers experience great as a family run business. He has fish most of his life in the water of the East coast and also help his father move boats up and down the east coast. Along with being a mate on the boat he help run the boat with his father. He has caught all kinds of species in season from fluke to Stripers. Dylan received his captain license in the spring of 2024 and is already running boat with his father and bother.
