Man, what a day it is was off Sandy Hook. With wind blowing hard out of the West 25 to 30 and gusting. We headed out with a nice crowd of hardy fishermen. Did a little riding along beach with no luck decided to head off the beach ended up finding the mother load of fish 🐟. A lot of monsters today with fish from 29 to 49 inches. We only managed to put five keeper in the boat between 29 to 31 inches but caught over 40 jumbo’s. I like to thank all the harder fishermen that stayed at the rail in the snotty weather. One nice thing about weekday fishing and rough is no little boat traffic to reck the bite, nice long drifts. So get group together and come out during the week.
It is nice to be on a bigger boat that drifts like a duck in rough weather.
Tomorrow the winds will be less than today still out of the west. The Night Hawk will sailing out of Atlantic Highlands with sailing from 7am to 2pm by reservations only.

The Keyport Princess will be doing Santa 🧑🎄 cruises ever hour starting at 12pm until 5 and resume striper fishing Sunday at 7am.
